Key Responsibilities
• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and complete set work.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support student engagement.
• Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Report feedback to teachers and senior staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and school procedures at all times.

Education & Experience
• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• A-Levels or a Degree preferred.
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Sports Coach).
• Classroom management experience advantageous but not essential – guidance provided.
