As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classroom activities, ensuring pupils stay engaged and on task while following pre-prepared lesson materials. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff seeking flexible work in a professional school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes according to the school’s lesson plans
• Maintain positive behaviour and follow school policies
• Support pupils with their learning where directed
• Assist teaching staff with administrative tasks as required
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all pupils
• Communicate effectively with school staff and your Keep Education consultant

Experience

• Previous experience working in a school or with children
• Experience managing groups of pupils effectively
• Familiarity with classroom routines and behaviour management

Educational Requirements

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
