As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classroom activities, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task while following pre-planned lesson materials. You will provide support to teaching staff, manage behaviour, and maintain a positive and safe learning environment. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking for flexible work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes according to the school’s lesson plans
• Maintain good classroom behaviour and follow school policies
• Support pupils with their learning as directed
• Assist teaching staff with administrative tasks where required
• Ensure the welfare and safety of all pupils
• Communicate effectively with school staff and your Keep Education consultant

Experience

• Previous experience working in a school or with children
• Experience managing groups of pupils effectively
• Familiarity with classroom routines and behaviour management

Educational Requirements
