• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
• Previous teaching experience in a Primary school setting is essential.
• Experience across multiple key stages or in SEND/EAL support is desirable but not required.
• Experience in intervention work or delivering targeted support is advantageous.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching styles.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Evidence of continued professional development is desirable.
• Valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
