• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Follow school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements
• Previous teaching experience in a Primary school setting is essential
• Experience across multiple key stages or in SEND/EAL support is desirable
• Experience delivering targeted interventions is advantageous
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet all pupils’ needs
• Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching styles
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Evidence of continued professional development is desirable
• Valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
