Responsibilities:
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment supporting all learners
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, collegues, and parents to support pupil development
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events as required
- Uphold the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times
Experience:
- Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting, ideally Year 2
- Familiarity with SATS preperation
- Experience working in a manstream primary school with diverse pupil needs is advantageous
Skills:
- Strong classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support a range of learning styles
- You're organised and comitted
- Confident in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Educational requirements:
- Qualifies Teacher Status (QTS)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science at Grade 4/C or above
- Any additional training is desireable
