Keep Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Luton. This is a full-time, ongoing supply role, offering consistency and valuable experience within a supportive school environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, or SEMH, and will be confident supporting learning both 1:1 and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

• Work closely with SENCOs and external professionals to support pupil progress

• Support personal care or behaviour management plans, where required
