Keep Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants for supply roles in schools across Stevenage. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties)
• Assist in implementing individual learning plans and strategies
• Support pupils with behaviour management and social skills development
• Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress and adapt support as necessary
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
