As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a variety of year groups and subjects, maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose assignments that suit your availability, while gaining experience in a range of school settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
• Adapt quickly to new school environments and expectations
• Mark and provide feedback where required
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils
• Maintain clear communication with school staff and your Keep Education consultant

Experience

• Previous classroom teaching experience within UK primary or secondary schools
• Experience delivering lessons across a range of abilities
• Confident in managing classroom behaviour independently

Educational Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
