As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across various year groups and subjects, ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the absence of the regular class teacher. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to select assignments that fit your schedule while gaining experience in different school settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
• Adapt quickly to new school environments and expectations
• Mark and provide feedback on pupil work where required
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils
• Communicate clearly with school staff and your Keep Education consultant

Experience

• Previous classroom teaching experience within UK primary or secondary schools
• Experience delivering lessons across a range of abilities
• Confidence managing classroom behaviour independently
