Supply Teachers needed in Luton

Keep Education is currently recruiting qualified and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work across schools in Luton and the surrounding areas on a temporary supply basis.

We are looking for teachers who are interested in flexible teaching opportunities, whether you are looking for occasional day-to-day supply, short-term classroom cover or longer-term temporary assignments.

Teachers should be adaptable, reliable and confident in managing a classroom, with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting pupils and working effectively with school staff.

This is temporary supply work, with assignments offered subject to individual school requirements and your availability. Opportunities may be available across Luton and the surrounding areas.

The role may involve covering planned and unplanned staff absence, delivering lessons in line with school expectations, managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. You will support pupils with their learning and development while maintaining high standards of safeguarding and professionalism.

We are interested in hearing from teachers with QTS or an appropriate teaching qualification and recent classroom experience. Early Career Teachers, experienced teachers, teachers returning to the profession and those looking for greater flexibility in their working arrangements are all welcome to apply.
