Year 1 Teacher – Watford / Kings Langley

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Year 1 lessons.

Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum.

Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents.

Maintain high standards of behaviour and pupil progress.

Experience:Previous experience teaching in KS1 is preferred.Experience delivering phonics and early literacy is beneficial.

Skills:Strong classroom management.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs.Passionate, motivated, and committed to pupil development.Competitive pay offered. Role starts January.‍
