The minimum qualification usually required is a PGCE or equivalent. But we appreciate there are many different routes into primary school teaching jobs, plus different types of qualifications and awarding bodies within the education sector. So we are happy to discuss the appropriateness of the qualification you hold for our vacancies.
We have found that personality type can be equally important in finding a successful match between teacher and school, so ECTs are most welcome to apply too.
